About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the ExperiBees website, including when you register for early access.
ExperiBees is currently being developed. The website gives people the opportunity to learn about the concept, register their interest and, if relevant, tell us about experiences they may be interested in offering.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
The full legal identity, registered address and contact details of the entity operating ExperiBees will be added here before the service is publicly launched.
Joining early access
Joining the ExperiBees early-access list lets us know that you are interested in the platform and allows us to keep you informed about its development and launch where you have chosen to receive those communications.
Early-access registration does not create a booking, purchase or other paid transaction, and it does not guarantee access to ExperiBees by a particular date.
Features, categories, availability, launch locations and other aspects of ExperiBees may change while the service is being developed.
When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate and not deliberately misleading.
Using the website
You may use the ExperiBees website for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes connected with learning about or expressing interest in ExperiBees.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, database, servers or related systems
- Deliberately introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Use automated systems to submit spam or excessive requests
- Impersonate another person or deliberately provide false information
- Use ExperiBees content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person
We may take reasonable steps to restrict access where we believe the website is being misused or its security is threatened.
Prospective ExperiBees
If you register your interest in offering an experience, your registration tells us that you may be interested in becoming an experience provider on ExperiBees.
Registering for early access does not automatically approve you as a provider and does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or other commercial relationship with ExperiBees.
Before providers can offer bookable experiences through the platform, additional requirements and provider terms may apply. These may cover matters such as eligibility, safety, quality, insurance, pricing, payments, cancellations and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Those requirements will be communicated separately before anyone begins offering bookable experiences through ExperiBees.
Intellectual property
The ExperiBees website and its original content, branding, visual identity, designs, text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where the law permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit ExperiBees content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Any third-party names, trademarks or content remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
ExperiBees relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate the website and related services.
The website may also contain links to websites or services operated by other organisations. We do not control those third-party websites, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use them.
Website availability
We aim to keep the ExperiBees website available and working properly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Because ExperiBees is under active development, we may modify, suspend or remove parts of the website as we improve the service, perform maintenance or respond to technical or security issues.
Responsibility and liability
The current ExperiBees website is provided primarily for information and early-access registration while the platform is being developed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on preliminary information about features or services that have not yet launched.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
ExperiBees will evolve as we build the platform. We may therefore update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will take the appropriate steps.
Separate or additional terms will be introduced before ExperiBees enables services such as bookings, payments or provider transactions.
